LARP Collaboration Meeting

October 5-6, 2005

Pheasant Run Resort, St. Charles, IL USA

The LARP mini-collaboration meeting will be held near Fermilab on October 5-6th, 2005, immediately following the LHC IR Upgrades Workshop being held on October 3-4 at the same location. The meeting is primarily for LARP managers through "Level 2" and Task Managers. The two-day meeting will consist of plenary sessions during the morning and the second afternoon, with break-out sessions in between.

The venue will be the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois, approximately 15 minutes North of Fermilab. For those visiting from out of town, a block of rooms is being reserved at the resort, however there are several other nearby accommodations from which to choose as well.
